CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to the team members here at Palmer Salon and we reserve the time specially for you!
We kindly ask for a credit card number to book and hold your appointment and that you give us 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling. Please note; no charges applied at time of booking. Palmer Salon reserves the right to apply a 50% charge for a same day cancellation and a 100% charge for any no call, no-show. If we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be subject to cancellation charges previously noted.
