Haley started Palmer Salon, A Style & Color Co. in 2017 with a dream of bringing her own visions of the salon experience to life. Haley has been in the industry for 15 years, completed cosmetology school at the International Institute of Cosmetology CT, and immediately began her journey of professional development in some of Connecticut’s most respected salons. Haley immersed herself in the industry and the education provided by these elite salons, which has allowed her the opportunity to learn from world renowned stylists and educators.
Haley’s specialties and passions are up-styling for bridal parties and proms, both haircutting and coloring services for women (lightening services, ombre, bayalge, hi-liting), and male hair care including haircuts. With 6 years of experience in cosmetology, Kalista has built her craft around creating effortless, lived-in color and timeless bridal styles. She’s passionate about helping clients feel confident and beautiful, whether it’s through dimensional color, elegant wedding looks, or a fresh cut.
